All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Matraea or its content suppliers and protected copyright laws.

Shipping & Sales

All prices on this web-site are in Canadian currency.

Sales are on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability.

Deliveries will be made on business days – Monday through Friday. Canada Post cannot deliver on Canadian statutory holidays.

All non-food products are subject to applicable taxes.

Online purchases are subject to the Matraea’s online privacy policy.


It is the primary intent of this policy to protect our customers against any loss during shipment brought about by Matraea, its employees or those entrusted to deliver its products. If a purchased product is mailed or shipped and is lost in transit, Matraea will replace the product on completion of a trace. If the product is no longer available, or if the purchaser requests, Matraea will refund the full amount paid.

Damaged Orders

Matraea takes full responsibility for safe packaging, and a full refund will be given for any damaged items in transit for shipped orders. Claims should be made within one week of receipt of product. Matraea will replace such product(s) at no cost, providing that the product(s) is still available. If the product(s) is no longer available, or if the purchaser requests, Matraea will refund the amount paid for the damaged item(s) and the shipping, if applicable.

Site Policy, Modifications & Severability

Matraea reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Service at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
