Yoga for Labour and Birth focuses on preparing, strengthening, and opening those areas of the body that will be supporting and working with you through your labour. We will practice yoga postures and movement specific to the various stages of labour. We will also bring in mantras, affirmations, visualization, breathing techniques and deep relaxation to empower you for your upcoming birth journey.
This class is suitable for Mamas at any stage of pregnancy that are ready to explore and prepare for labour and birth. You are welcome and encouraged to begin this class as early in pregnancy as desired.
