Beginner Yoga Class

Jenn recently completed the first part of her Yoga Fitness Leader training, and will be taking a yin workshop in October. This beginner yoga class offers a warm and welcoming space which includes gentle stretches and a lovely guided meditation at the end.  Perfect for winding down at the end of the day!

People should bring a yoga mat, dress comfy, and (if desired) a cushion/pillow or blanket for the meditation bit :)
