Breanne is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner who guides women to get in-tune with their bodies and feel empowered through nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices. She believes planning to start a family is a beautiful time to learn and connect to the incredible power of the female body. She is passionate about balancing hormones post birth control, fertility, prenatal, and postpartum nutrition.

While she educates about the most essential foods to eat and what foods to avoid, she also believes in meeting people at their level and making manageable but effective changes. Whether it’s finding creative ways to sneak in nutrient-dense foods, upgrading the recipes of favourite comfort foods, or providing healthy swaps for cravings, she supports women to create healthy bodies and healthy babies.
